Mission of Johnson School's Women's Management Council (WMC)
- The goals of the Women's Management Council are to:
- Influence Johnson and our surrounding community to promote and support women in business
- Host events that foster the generation of a network and support system among the current women at the Johnson School
- Provide a structure for connecting with present and future women business leaders
- Support the diverse professional and personal aspirations of each woman within our community
- Sponsor efforts to increase enrollment of women at the Johnson School

- Each year, the leadership team organizes a variety of educational, career, and social events. Some past events include:
- WMC Members-only Breakfasts with Corporate Recruiters
- Power Lunches with women business leaders
- Nine & Dine Golf Event
- Destination Johnson Accepted Students' Brunch
- PCCW Reception and Panel Discussion
- Nail & Networking at Satori Salon
- Social Events such as Potluck Dinner, Happy Hours and faculty speakers
